Investigation of sustainability of life dimension of a human being in personal development

A concept of sustainability of life dimension of a human being is explained; parameters and criteria of sustainability are represented; a procedure of research of sustainability of life dimension is described. The given results show that teachers in their real professional activity through getting the system of axiological and value dimensions for personal development increase their level of sustainability of psychological system as an identity of their life, on which the integration of the system ‘world – human being’ is based.

Preschool mathematic training: targets, psychological sence and tasks

The issue of necessary psychological systematic children training in preschool age is considered from the point of view of psychology. Global changes in approaches to school education should be followed by global changes in approaches to preschool education. The issues of development of learning skills of children in preschool age on the basis of two fundamental types of activity, namely, training and playing are proposed.

Approach to visualization of mental processes during research task solution

The methods, which enable to study dynamics of research task solution, are described. A research task is based on a special computer program and targeted on understanding of logic of answers of this program. Interaction between a tester and a program is conducted through semi-binary dialog, i.e. reverse program reaction to tester’s actions is expressed as ‘false’/‘true’. On the example of a pilot group of five persons it is shown that temporarily dynamics of people, who solved/unsolved the task, varies. In a period of time for solution a task there is a slow phase which goes before the solution. In the beginning of work the people, who solved the task, made more mistakes, than people, who unsolved, but in the end of work they made less mistakes than their opponents. A phase image of a solution is based on cycles, which possibly correspond to a sequence of particularly true hypothesis developed by testers in their mental activity.

Development of personality of a jurist at university

The results of research focused on studying dynamics of several personal components of a jurist at university during first and second year of study are represented. An object of research is a process of development of personal properties of students on a faculty of jurisprudence. Psychological laws of development of personal properties of students-jurists (87 students from 17 to 18 age were tested) were investigated through a longitude method. As a result it is stated that after graduation the first year of study there are essential changes in self-actualization, copying strategies, responsibility, activity and behavior in group.

Development of internal motivation to study for university students

Motivation to study is an important component of modern education. Researches show that external motivation (social and pragmatic motivation) prevails over internal motivation (a cognitive interest). This fact can effect negatively on educational process, therefore we need to develop means and measure for stimulation of internal motivation. Experience of implementation of such means and methods, which is analyzed in the article, shows that preventive measures can changes motivation of students. The result is fixed before graduation.

Diagnostics of motivation to study in primary school age

Methods of investigation of motivation to study of children in primary school are explained in the article. Its technical basis is classification of motives to study proposed by L.I. Bozhovich and improved by M.V. Matyukhina. The text of these methods, a questionnaire, investigating children’s motivation to study, also was proposed by M.V. Matyukhina, but the instructions were seriously amended. A procedure of standardization of the given methods, determination of their testing norms, and checking of validity and reliability are described in the article. After psychometric procedures are conducted we can state validity and reliability of the given questionnaire.
