Study of the Tidal Forces Influence on the Heavenly Bodies Movement with the Help of Simulation

It is offered the two-dimensional computer model in which one celestial body is simulated by seven particles connected by viscoelastic links, and another body – by single particle interacting with particles of the first body by forces of gravitational attraction. The setting of the spin-orbital resonance, the increase in the velocity of the planet’s own rotation due to a satellite moving around it, the destruction of a comet in the gravitational field of Jupiter and other acts of the tidal forces are simulated.

Information risks constantly appear in new forms, which requires improving mechanisms for their detection. This article examines the multidimensional nature of risk assessment, approaches to risk assessment, risk and hazard differentiation. The concept of risk designates a complex set of circumstances, therefore, the article identifies the causes of information risks, and considers four principles that minimize the risks of information interaction that arise with the «agent principal» problem. A cascade method of minimizing information risk is cited, a conclusion is made about its effectiveness.
